The system consists of a water circuit dedicated to waste water treatment, complete with decanters,a clean water storage tank and a pump group for relaunching back the clean water to the processing line machines
The system is equipped with an automatic flocculant station in order to optimize the flocculant consumption.
Concerning the mud dehydration, the liquid slurry discharged from the decantation unit is collected into a homogenizing mud tank and, through a centrifugal pump, is fed a filter press mod. FB/1000-25 (n. 25 plates, dimension of plates 1000 x 1000 mm).
The whole plant is fully automatic and all functions and operating parameters are optimized and controlled by a PLC Siemens S7.
Qualified personnel of Fraccaroli & Balzan S.p.A. has taken care of the installation and the startup of the plant, as well as the set-up of all parameters for an efficient plant functioning and the instruction of the local personnel.
